- These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment obligations and processes between Straven Outdoors ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the customer ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without prior notice. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or charges unless otherwise specified.
2.2 Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
2.3 Payment Due Date
Payment is due in full at the time of order.
3. Invoicing
An order confirmation and receipt will be issued upon order completion and sent electronically to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure all billing information is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Late Payments
Not applicable — all purchases are paid in full at time of order. Straven Outdoors does not offer financing, invoicing, or subscription billing at this time.
5. Disputed Charges
If you dispute any charges, notify us in writing within 30 days of the transaction date at support@stravenoutdoors.com with your order number and details of the dispute. We will investigate and resolve billing disputes promptly.
6. Refunds and Credits
Refunds or credits are provided in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes. If you are tax-exempt, you must provide a valid tax exemption certificate at the time of purchase.
8. Billing Errors
If we discover a billing error, we will correct it promptly, including refunding overcharges or contacting you before invoicing any undercharge.
9. Subscriptions
Straven Outdoors does not currently offer subscription or recurring payment products.
10. Payment Security
All payment information is handled securely in compliance with industry standards. We use Shopify Payments to process transactions and do not store your credit card information on our servers. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption.
11. Changes to Billing Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Billing Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of these Terms. Our maximum liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
