When will my order be shipped and delivered?
Order processing times can vary depending on the brand and item. Most items ship within 1–2 business days, and in some cases, even the same day. While rare, unexpected delays can occur. On average, deliveries arrive within 4–7 business days. If any product requires a longer delivery window, that information will be noted on the product page. At Straven Outdoors, we pride ourselves on efficient fulfillment and prompt support every step of the way.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also check out securely with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
What is your return policy?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes—if your order hasn’t shipped yet, you’re eligible for a full refund. Just reach out to us as soon as possible at support@stravenoutdoors.com. Once an item has left the warehouse, our standard return process applies.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We recommend inspecting all packages upon delivery. If there’s any visible damage—even just to the box—please note it when signing for the item. If you're unsure whether the item inside is damaged, write "possible damage" on the receipt. If you do find that the product was damaged during shipping, please send photos to support@stravenoutdoors.com so we can assist with a replacement or compensation promptly.
How do I place an order?
Ordering online is easy—just click “Add to Cart” on the item you’d like, then follow the checkout process to complete your purchase. For phone orders, feel free to call us at 888-921-6781. Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation and we’ll get your order processed right away.
When will I receive shipping details?
After your order is placed, you'll get an email confirming your purchase and verifying your billing and shipping information. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. If something you ordered is out of stock, we’ll notify you within one business day.
Will I get a confirmation email after placing an order?
Absolutely. An order confirmation is sent automatically to the email address you provide. Be sure to double-check that your email is entered correctly during checkout to ensure delivery of your confirmation message. We recommend keeping a copy for your records.
Do you charge sales tax?
We’re based in Delaware and only apply sales tax to orders shipping within the state. If you're ordering from elsewhere, no sales tax will be added—helping you save more on your purchase.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Send your update request to support@stravenoutdoors.com, and we’ll make the changes for you. If the revised order total changes, we’ll either issue a refund or send an updated invoice for the difference.
